ABOUT OUR ASSAM CTC TEA:
In Assam, tea is grown at a higher altitude, making the quality of tea much better than the tea grown at a lower altitude. Our tea is sourced from Assam. These tea leaves follow a CTC (cut, tear, curl) process to give us granular tea. It is a custom tea blend that gives the tea its beautiful golden colour and a strong flavor. It can be enjoyed both as black tea, as well as chai – that is tea made with milk and sugar.

It can be used to make tea flavoured dishes and desserts. One can make a masala chai blend by using our Assam tea along with Seeds and Hand’s spices like cardamom, clove, cinnamon, black pepper powders and ginger root. Cook the Assam tea along with small quantities of the above ingredients in milk and water with a 3:2 ratio and keep stirring on a medium flame till the tea is of a golden chai colour.
