Cardamom production uses dangerously high amounts of pesticides in its cultivation. When the cardamom was tested with the shell verses without the shell, it was a eureka moment for us. The results showed that the seeds are pesticide free even when the cardamom shell showed traces of pesticide. We aim to supply the healthiest forms of available spices and so have taken this initiative to painstakingly hand peel and grind the cardamom seeds to provide our valuable customers with this unique pesticide free, fragrant and delicious powder.
